Actele necesare înscrierii în învățămîntul preșcolar sunt:

– cererea de înscriere

– copie certificat de naștere copil

– copie C.I. părinte/ tutore/ reprezentant legal

– fișa medicală potrivit reglementarilor în vigoare

– hotărâri judecătorești (dacă este cazul)

            CRITERII GENERALE DE ÎNSCRIERE A COPIILOR ÎN GRĂDINIŢĂ

  • EXISTENŢA UNUI CERTIFICAT MEDICAL DE ÎNCADRARE ÎN GRAD DE HANDICAP AL COPILULUI;
  • COPILUL ESTE ORFAN DE AMBII PĂRINŢI SAU PROVINE DE LA O CASĂ DE COPII/CENTRU DE PLASAMENT/PLASAMENT FAMILIAL (SITUAŢIA DOVEDITĂ PRIN DOCUMENTE);
  • COPILUL ESTE ORFAN DE UN SINGUR PĂRINTE  (SITUAŢIA DOVEDITĂ PRIN DOCUMENTE);
  • FRATE/SORĂ CARE SĂ FRECVENTEZE GRĂDINIŢA.

             CRITERII SPECIFICE DE ÎNSCRIERE A COPIILOR LA GRĂDINIȚĂ

  1. APROPIEREA DE DOMICILIU;
  2. APROPIEREA DE LOCUL DE MUNCĂ AL PĂRINȚILOR;
  3. FRATELE/SORA ESTE ÎNSCRIS/Ă LA ȘCOALA GIMNAZIALĂ COMUNA GIULVĂZ.
